·       All orders are shipped within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

·       Orders received before 3pm Eastern time will be shipped out the same day. Weekends and holidays excluded.

·       We are an e-commerce business. Our normal hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern time. We ship orders and answer messages during these times only.

·       Messages are answered twice daily so please be patient.  We will answer all questions!

·       All orders under 15 ounces will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All orders 16 ounces and over will be shipped using one of the following- USPS Parcel Select, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS.

·       We ship from Florida.  Shipping times vary depending on locations.

·       We do offer a 2-day expedited shipping service.  If you need your package by a certain date, we suggest using an expedited service.  There is no delivery guarantees with the standard free shipping.

·       NOTE: Items with serial numbers are documented in our systems.

·       NOTE: Items over $750 will require signature confirmation.

·    NOTE: We will require signature confirmation on certain items.

·       On Best Offer/ Auction items, payment will be expected within 48 hours. If time is not met, we will open an unpaid case, no exceptions.

All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS. Orders shipped using USPS/ FedEx can be tracked on their website. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Priority Mail Packages typically arrive in 2-4 business days. USPS First Class typically arrive in 5-8 business days. Online tracking is available for all packages except APO/Military.

Please allow 48 hours after your package has shipped before seeing movement through the USPS or UPS system. Once your package has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. This email will provide your tracking number.

While issues with shipments are rare, sometimes the packages may be delayed or damaged upon arrival.  If the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem.  In order to do so, we must receive a picture of the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving the package.  Claims sent after this time frame will be denied.  If your package is lost or delayed, contact us immediately to resolve the problem. This information will be verified via the package tracking number.  Packages scanned delivered at the address on the package will not be refunded or reshipped due to the package being lost or missing.

Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to fix the inconvenience. 

We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents. Do not dispose of an packing materials as they will be inspected by the shipper. Please take pictures immediately of the damaged item.
